Caitlyn Donahue
Hall of Fame Class of 2014

An extremely versatile and dynamic athlete, Caitlyn was a libero for Blue Valley West when they won the 2005 5A state championship her freshman year.

When Blue Valley West went to 6A, Caitlyn became an outside hitter, and her power and versatility for making plays earned her the KVA 6A Player of the Year as a sophomore, junior and senior where her teams finished as 6A runner-up all three years.

She was a 2008 Evelyn Gates Award finalist, named an Under Armour All-American in 2008 and was the Gatorade Player of the Year for 2008.

Caitlyn went on to play 4 years at K-State, playing as a defensive specialist, outside hitter, and finally as a setter her junior and senior years.

Her talents have let her play professionally in Puerto Rico and Switzerland, and she is also a member of the 2014 USA Womens National Volleyball Team.
