Leslie McGinnis Leslie is a highly respected volleyball official. She has been a registered official for 35 years including the upcoming 2014 season. She has officiated in 20 state tournaments, and in 2007 was the KSHSAA Volleyball Official of the Year. She has also been a junior high coach for 6 years and a high school coach for 8 years, winning Program of the Year award in 1990. She has also officiated in 22 of the 29 all-star matches.
