Natalie Uhart Natalie was a standout player for Lansing High School, playing for fellow Hall of Fame coach Julie Slater. Natalie was All-League all 4 years of her high school career, was a 2-time all-state selection, and a 2-time Gatorade Player of the Year in 2001 and 2002. Natalie was also the KC Metro Player of the Year her junior and senior seasons. She helped lead her teams to 3 sub-state championships and, in 2002, to a 38-2 record and Lansing’s state championship. Natalie then played at Long Beach State and was named to the 2003 Big West All- Freshman team. After a few seasons and some injuries Natalie transferred to KU and played for the Jayhawks for the 2007 and 2008 seasons. She was an All-Big 12 Academic performer, and was named to 2 all-tournament teams her senior season.
