Lori (Nishikawa) Price
Hall of Fame Class of 2018

Lori (Nishikawa) Price played on 1983, 1984, and 1985 state championship teams for Lawrence High School, with the 1984 team going undefeated. Those three teams combined for a record of 85-3 during her three years of varsity. Lori was all-league her senior year as a setter and was named to the 6A state tournament team her junior and senior season.

She went on to play at Washington University in St. Louis where she became a 3-time All-American ( first 3-time All-American in school history) leading her team to its first national championship in 1989. She was also named the AVCA D-III Player of the Year her junior and senior seasons, and left as WU’s all-time leader in aces and assists. Lori was inducted into the Washington University Hall of Fame in 1995.
